WHAT TYPE OF WORK IS BEING PERFORMED ON THE BUILDINGS?

We will be doing some repairs on the following: windows, decks, stucco repair and  replacement, roofing, plumbing, electrical and fire resistivity.  A Phase meeting will be  held before each phase of construction begins to better inform the homeowners of the  work to be done on their building and in their home. The construction methods and  locations will be discussed, and any particular homeowner issues can be addressed at  the Phase Meeting.   

WHAT WORK WILL BE PERFORMED INSIDE?

Depending on inspections made at each home there will be some structural work,  window and sheetrock repairs and some party walls will be addressed.

WHICH HOMES WILL BE WORKED ON?  

All homes will have work performed on them. The amount and type of work performed at  a given home will vary depending on unit type.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT?

The complete reconstruction project for Parkwoods Community Association is expected  to last approximately 12 to 18 months.
